Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Full-Cycle Bookkeeper to join their dynamic accounting team! This role will involve managing the complete bookkeeping process for a variety of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working with both small and large clients and possess a strong understanding of accounting principles.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Bookkeeping: Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance. 📊
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, reports, and summaries for clients, ensuring timely and accurate information. 📈
  • Client Management: Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing financial insights to support their business decisions. đŸ’ŹđŸ€
  • Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards, maintaining accurate financial records and documentation. 🔍

🎓 Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role, preferably within an accounting firm.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), QuickBooks. 📋
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
