Our client is looking for a Part Time Service Support Clerk at their location in Lachine.

Schedule : Wednesday to Friday from 4PM–8PM & Saturday to Sunday from 9AM–2PM

Responsibilities:

  • Escalations / expedited service calls / flagged calls
  • General follow-ups on service calls as requested by customers or Hardt account managers
  • Support for the installations process as needed
  • Data Entry (registration of new equipment in SIMS)
  • Master Data cleansing activities in SIMS (removing inactive equipment from SIMS)
  • Various other admin tasks as needed (order entry)

Requirements:

  • Experience customer service
  • Proficient in using Microsoft & excel
  • Fully Bilingual – English and French
