Quality Systems Coordinator

What are some of the responsibilities of the Quality Systems Coordinator:

•Review and approve product development briefs, product formulas and product labels

•Lead product quality complaint and counterfeit inquiries related tasks including, receiving and assessing complaints and where applicable logging, investigating and closing

•Follow up with manufacturers regarding status of investigations as necessary and verify that any corrective actions have been implemented

•Create certificates of analysis, finished product specifications and method of analysis catered to specific customers when requested

•Perform in-house ID testing

•Projects and other duties assigned by leadership

The required qualifications of Quality Systems Coordinator:

·Post-secondary education in a related field

·Science background

·2-4 years experience

·Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook

·Strong technical writing skills

·Ability to adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment

·Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail

·Capable of working both independently and as part of a team

•Able to go into the office 3 days a week
