CNC Programmer/ Machinist – 3-axis Milling

Straight Day Shift in Brantford

429A Licensed REQUIRED

Your tasks as the CNC Programmer/ Machinist

• Create programs in Mastercam (both new and modified)
• Setup and Operate 3-axis Milling machine (Fadal and YCM)
• Ensure proper tool selection and materials
• Work in a fast pace custom machine shop environment
• Machine Parts to tight tolerance

The required qualifications of the CNC Machinist

·429a Certification

·Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a CNC Programmer/ Machinist position within a custom machining environment

·Experience with Setups and Fixturing

· Working with 3 Axis Fanuc controllers

· Read and interpret blueprints

· Ability to read and edit GCODE/MCODE

·High attention to details

·Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
