Remote
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday, 37.5/week.

We are looking for a customer Service Representative that will provide solutions regarding customer inquiries while remaining courteous and empathetic towards their concerns and needs.
Responsibilities:
- Strive for optimal customer satisfaction at all times.
- Respond to incoming calls with a positive and respectful attitude.
- Furnish customers with comprehensive details regarding premium appliances.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up with effective solutions.
- Schedule appointments and dispatch service technicians accurately.
- Handle all customer requests promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer/client information within the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a call center setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in logistics is advantageous.
- Proficiency in actively listening to customer concerns and providing empathetic solutions.
- Collaborative team player mindset.
- Comfortable working in a high-speed environment.
- Excellent communication abilities in both English and French.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and navigate various applications simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Understanding of Salesforce CRM is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills and adeptness at prioritizing tasks.
