Job Description

Do you have strong skills when it comes to handing inquiries and complaints? If so, this could be the ideal opportunity for you! We are currently looking for a costumer service administrator that will be held responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to both the construction and costumer service departments.

Tasks:

  • Issues office file status reports
  • Maintains QA & PDI stats
  • Completes monthly dashboard reporting for Customer Service department
  • Contacts homeowners for follow-up after PDI
  • Continuously follows up on open work orders
  • Monthly Service reports
  • Create Customer Service files
  • Enter deficiencies for Tarion 30-day forms, PDI forms; one-year list etc.
  • Distributes paperwork from returned PDI packages
  • Prepares executive service report
  • Miscellaneous administrative support to department
  • Special projects assigned by immediate supervisor
  • Primary back up for creating homeowner welcome packages
  • Primary back up for scheduling PDI’s
  • Primary back up to order homeowner manuals

Requirements:

  • Minimum completion of College
  • Must have Home building experience
  • Knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, Excel and Internet
  • Construction knowledge an asset
  • Communication – both verbal and written
  • Organization
  • Time management
  • Communicate well with customers
  • Able to maintain a professional manner while dealing with customer
  • Present information is an enthusiastic and confident manner
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Present and conduct self in a professional manner
