What are the Responsibilities?

The successful Parts Coordinator will support a busy parts desk, ensuring customers get the right components quickly while maintaining inventory accuracy and exceptional service.

You’ll be the go‑to expert for customers needing technical parts support. You will:
  • Assist customers by identifying and selecting the correct parts using BOMs, serial numbers, and supporting information.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and ensure pricing in the system is correct.
  • Process and manage orders efficiently, making sure every request is handled on time.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels and coordinate shipments.
  • Source and procure parts outside standard product lines when necessary.
  • Utilize vendor systems for pricing, sourcing, ordering, and expediting.
  • Support internal teams and help uphold the company’s reputation for providing high‑quality, technically informed service.
  • Follow company procedures, quality standards, and HSE guidelines.
What are the Requirements?

We’re looking for someone who can jump in with confidence. Strong candidates will have:
  • 3+ years of technical service or parts experience, industrial environments preferred but will be flexible for individuals with strong skills & aptitude
  • A trade or technical designation (CET, RET) is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Solid computer skills, especially MS Office.
  • A team‑oriented mindset and leadership capability.
