Job Description

Our client is a notable World Bank located in the Downtown Core. They are looking for someone with a skillset of basic financial knowledge and excellent multitasking to join their team, The role is to provide administrative support to the President and help with financial duties as well as Payroll. The successful candidate is expected to proactively support the day-to-day needs and management of the organization. This person is required to be fluent in Spanish. The role will be 3 days a week. The days are flexible.

  • Previous experience in an Office Manager or Financial Administration role
  • Perform bookkeeping duties, bank deposits and reconciliations
  • Process payroll and manage related reporting and remittances
  • Provide office administrative and clerical support and able to work in a very fast paced environment

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in QuickBooks and Spanish
  • Minimum of 3 years bookkeeping experience
  • College or University Degree required
  • Must have excellent computer skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Great personality, and team player
