Our client is a construction firm with a portfolio of various commercial/industrial buildings. Since over 50 years of operations, they are a true leader within their industry. Presently, they are fully recruiting for an Office Coordinator to join their team.


  • Reporting to the CTO you will manage the telecommunications file, overseeing all company accounts and assisting with all telecom related needs & functions
  • Monitor incoming telecom requests ensuring proper follow up on urgent requests
  • Coordinate installations and service modifications with various providers, as requested
  • Act as point of contact for all questions or concerns related to telecom
  • Assist with the development of policies and procedures to support the achievement of various project objectives


  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Resourceful and pro-active
  • Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Bilingual
