- Reporting to the CTO you will manage the telecommunications file, overseeing all company accounts and assisting with all telecom related needs & functions
- Monitor incoming telecom requests ensuring proper follow up on urgent requests
- Coordinate installations and service modifications with various providers, as requested
- Act as point of contact for all questions or concerns related to telecom
- Assist with the development of policies and procedures to support the achievement of various project objectives
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Resourceful and pro-active
- Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel & Outlook
