As a member of the support team, you will focus on providing remote technical assistance to our customers while providing them with the best possible customer service! In this position you will also want to find any workarounds to any issues or bugs that are reported by the customer while attempting to reproduce customer issues in different operating systems or versions of Broadsign products.

The ideal candidate has wicked problem-solving skills; is always thinking outside the box and trying to find new ways to solve old problems and strong organizational skills. They can handle pressure and have the ability to multi task and enjoy providing awesome customer service.


  • A College or University degree in Computer Science (or something similar!)
  • Great communication skills in English/ French
  • Experience with Windows but, given the choice, you’d would go with Linux
  • Understand and are experienced in coding/scripting
  • Experience with; debugging tools, databases, programming skills, and/or scripting languages
