Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and assistance to the customers
  • Ensure the updating of information in the customer management databases
  • Help customers to customize their software
  • Analyze and process customer data
  • Participate in maintaining customer subscriptions
  • Test the new versions
  • Describe anomalies and make requests for improvement
  • Ensure the calls on the used software
  • Operate with trainings on customers sites for the assistance
  • Write the answering mails for the customers
  • Write the intervention index and the assistance index
  • Update the customers information on the intern software by managing the calls
  • Write the anomalies and the request for improvement
  • Make a reporting to the person in charge of the Hotline department

Requirements:

  • Skills and experience in automation
  • Good communication skills
  • Technical skills on Microsoft Windows
  • Language: Fluent in French and English
  • Driver’s license
