We are currently searching for a talent acquisition specialist to be part of our team of professionals. The selected candidate will be working on a 6 to 9 month time period.

Your tasks as a talent acquisition specialist:

  • Be accountable for the entire recruiting cycle of various roles
  • Collaborate with HR team members to onboard new hires
  • Collaborate with hiring managers in coordinating and executing the on-boarding process, including start dates and orientation schedules
  • Carry out searches for potential candidates, using your recruitment expertise
  • Reach out to candidates, using various methods of communication, to evaluate and analyze their employment profiles and motivations
  • Will be recruiting for candidates internationally for various positions located in client’s Montreal office
  • Conduct interviews through various methods; skype, telephone, etc.

The required qualifications for the talent acquisition specialist position:

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant corporate experience
  • Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in recruiting
  • Be an excellent communicator in English
  • Must be flexible to speak with candidates outside working hours
