The Solutions Specialist will be responsible for:

  • In collaboration with the sales team, you will provide product and technical level expertise to new prospects throughout the sales process.
  • Identify projected financial and business benefits that will be delivered to prospects through implementing company based solutions.
  • You will be responsible for preparing and presenting tailored demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Lead the response process to Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP).
  • Create pre-sales Statements of Work for prospect in collaboration with the Service team.
  • You will contribute to creating business cases and ROI content.
  • Participate in potential prospect debrief to build deeper understanding of requirements and expectations.
  • Support marketing and analyst focused activities including targeted Webinars.

The required qualifications for the Solutions Specialist are:

  • 4 + years’ experience in enterprise business software.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a pre-sales role.
  • Experience selling one of the following software products: telecom expense management (TEM), IT financial management (ITFM), professional services automation, program/ project management, or lean supply chain automation.
  • Attention to detail and creative in methods of presenting solutions to large and diverse audiences.
  • Experience working in a software as a service organization.
  • Experience working in a direct sales or sales support role.
  • Sales Methodology training, CRM experience, and strong customer references.
