Software Engineer – Windsor

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our team at a leading manufacturer and supplier of automotive comfort products. As a global provider of innovative wire forms and advanced seating solutions—including seat lumbar supports, suspension systems, bolster components, actuators, and heating & cooling elements—you will play a key role in developing and optimizing software systems that enhance the comfort and functionality of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions in accordance with ASPICE (Automotive SPICE) standards.
• Collaborate with hardware and systems engineering teams to ensure effective integration of software with hardware components.
• Conduct software testing and validation to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software design, development processes, and testing protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues, providing effective solutions to improve product performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in automotive software development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with ASPICE methodologies and automotive software development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, or Python, and familiarity with embedded systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations is a plus.
