Do you have experience in the construction industry? Do you possess good decision making and problem-solving skills? If so, we would like to meet you! We are currently looking for a Site coordinator to be part of our clients’ growing team.


  • Attendance, as required, at daily site management meetings
  • Assist with any personnel scheduling
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system
  • Preparation, delivery and reception of shipments to and from the warehouse
  • Coordinating with other departments on site to ensure that adequate support for Estimating and Project Management departments
  • Work closely with Project Managers, coordinating schedules, communicating project progress, assisting with documents and processes
  • Participate in tender and contract preparation – coordinate tender receipt and opening. Schedule and attend Tender meetings
  • Organize and attend weekly, bi-weekly or monthly project related meetings
  • Assist to ensure construction timelines are up to date and in accordance with project notifications
  • Communicate with vendors on an ongoing basis: site related coordination, invoices, POs, payments, permit application


  • Proficiency in administrative duties and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Data entry experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written, oral, cross-cultural)
  • Ability to multitask and deal in high stress situations
  • Ability to adapt within the working environment
