SHIPPER/RECEIVER – 3PL

Fuze HR is Currently hiring for experience Shipper/Receiver for one of their warehouse in Brampton (Driver Road).

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:

• Ship and received all part s and material required that are coming in and out of the warehouse
• Updated Status of inbound and outbound orders in the ERP Systems
• Contact Carrier representative to obtain quotes, make arrangements and to issue documentation and instructions for shipping and delivery of materials
• Coordinate packing and shipping of all good, including assembling packages, weighing them and tracking cost
• Resolve Discrepancies between orders and goods, such as delays, condition, weight and quality
• Maintain Inventory of incoming, stored, and outgoing goods, as well as current space available
• Update compliance policies around weight, quality and timelines for shipping and receiving
• Order Shipping Supplies as required
• Perform General House keeping tasks within the Shipping & Receiving areas
• Perform General duties and assist production team as required
• Follow company standards and legal regulations to ensure safe and positive work environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

• MINIMUM 2 TO 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN 3PL ENVIRONMENT
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel and words
• Experience with ISO compliance is a must – knowledge of Good Documentation Practices
• Must be in good physical shape
• Be able to work with little to no supervision as well as in teams
• Be able to communicate effectively both orally and written
• Work experience with Chemical or food environment is an asset.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel and words
