ServiceNow Consultant

Our client is currently looking for a ServiceNow Consultant to join the remote team remotely for a 6-month contract! Contract duration: 6 months + possible permanent options

The ServiceNow Consultant will be responsible for:

• Be a technical expert service mapping, pre-Implementation assessment and consult business on CSDM modeling
• Design, develop, and implement custom patterns, probes, and sensors to achieve a complete and accurate discovery of infrastructure components and application services
• Monitor discovery and service mapping results, reconciling, and addressing any anomalies.
• Define identification and reconciliation rules
• Plan capacity, maintenance, and configuration of ServiceNow MID servers
• Work with Service Owners and SMEs to ensure that accurate service maps are discovered and maintained

The required qualifications for the ServiceNow Consultant are:

• 5+ years of experience on ServiceNow ITOM module for implementation
• Experience in developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents from business requirements
• Experience with 2 full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
• Experience with ITSM implementations
• Experience with ServiceNow, JavaScript, and PowerShell
• Experience with ITIL practices
• Familiar with infrastructure objects, credentials & permissions required to query information
• Familiar with Windows, UNIX commands
• ServiceNow certifications required
