We are currently interviewing Service Advisors for a rewarding opportunity with an excellent company in Abbotsford, BC.
Are you a proactive problem-solver passionate about customer service, with a knack for planning and dispatching crews and equipment? Fuze HR is now seeking a Service Advisor with impeccable service and communication skills, experience dispatching personnel & equipment, and working knowledge of heavy equipment and associated electro-mechanical systems. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role with a highly successful, constantly growing company in the equipment rental space offering competitive pay, an awesome team, and significant opportunities for professional development & career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, schedule, and dispatch crews and equipment to job sites.
• Provide prompt customer quotations and follow-ups.
• Coordinate parts, tools, and supplies with the parts department.
• Manage subtrades, travel arrangements, and technician schedules.
• Handle incoming client calls, assess needs, and propose solutions.
• Maintain Preventative Maintenance programs for equipment.
• Promote products and services, generate quotations, and close sales.
• Ensure compliance with industry Health and Safety regulations.
Qualifications:
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems; journeyman status is a plus (millwright, heavy equipment mechanic, electrician, or other relevant trade background)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 2+ years of experience in dispatching and project cost calculations.
• Proficiency with MS Office, CRMs, and dispatch systems.
• Experience with technical documents and Preventative Maintenance programs.
