Senior Salesforce Administrator


  • Working directly with key internal stakeholders on critical strategic initiatives and operational improvements
  • Leading projects as well as providing coaching and thought partnership to your team
  • Developing sales stack best practices and managing leading indicators on cadence structures
  • Building and managing custom integrations with proprietary software
  • Building and improving infrastructure across Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Finance, and Product functions


  • Salesforce Certified
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Have previous experience managing a team (for a company of at least 200 people)
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Experience building dashboards, workflows, and processes that connect the sales stack
  • Experience building and managing custom integrations with proprietary software
  • Experience managing Marketing and Customer Success integrations (Hubspot, Partnerstack, Outreach, etc.)
  • Understanding of complex product offerings to translate them into operational improvements smoothly
  • Strong communicator and logical thinker (including the ability to influence both business and technical stakeholders)
  • Work well in a team and independently
  • Have previously worked in fintech, professional services, consulting, and SaaS (considered an asset)
  • Have experience writing APEX (considered an asset)
