Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Proficiency in adult learning principles
  • Perform training needs analysis to determine full scope of training required
  • Determine learning objectives for the training opportunity to meet the needs of the learner and business unit
  • Design outlines, scripts and storyboards to develop e‐Learning training modules
  • Determine framework (method of delivery, activities, content, evaluation method) of learning solution to ensure learning
    objectives are met
  • Identify the detailed content of the program to meet objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and business partners to develop learning solutions that align business needs with training
  • Work with subject‐matter‐experts to organize the necessary material into logical educational patterns appropriate for the end
  • Audio file cleaning
  • Narration production
  • Assist in the administration of the corporate learning management system Moodle (LMS)
  • Familiar with SCORM guidelines
  • Proficiency to manage multiple and competing priorities with strong project management skills
  • Self‐starter with the ability to respond quickly and effectively within a changing environment
  • Detail oriented with strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong understanding of responsive design (desktop, tablet and mobile)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have the ability to meet deadlines and provide quick turnaround on projects when necessary
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, technologies, and standards and be able to research, recommend, and apply new
    technologies as they emerge
  • Perform other duties as needed


  • Familiar with current/prominent adult learning concepts
  • Ability to perform need analysis (e.g., assess training needs) and identify training needs and create learning objectives matching client and business needs
  • Ability to develop and use various tools (e.g., scripts, storyboards) to create E-Learning training manuals
  • Ability to comply with industry standards
  • Aware of industry trends and technological advances; ability to research, present, and use new technologies
  • Knowledgeable about responsive design (e.g., tablet)
  • Excellent time and project management skills (i.e., ability to multitask)


  • Completed Bachelor degree or relevant degree (e.g., Computer Sciences, Multimedia)
  • 5-7 years of experience with E-Learning and related notions; knowledge of current and emerging E-Learning platforms
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe After Effects
  • Proficient with Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline 360
  • Ability to use audio editors, converters and media converters, and video editing
  • Familiarity with Moodle LMS platform
  • Ability to use Photoshop (expert level)
  • Knowledge of current technologies available in E-Learning
  • Ability and willing to travel (e.g., Europe, USA)
  • Fluently bilingual English and French (written and spoken)
