We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our team located in Montreal!

This is a remote position that may become hybrid.

Role: Sales Support Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team under the guidance of the Sales Administration Team Leader and Sales Administration Manager
  • Primary responsibilities will be preparation of Customer Contracts and Service Order Forms/Service Activation Forms
  • Salesforce.com client relationship management (CRM) administration
  • Sales order entry and tracking
  • Supporting the Account Managers in preparation for client meetings including contract and fee summary reports and billing statistics
  • Miscellaneous administration and reporting

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to prioritize work and possess strong attention to detail
  • Good communications and friendly, professional attitude in the workplace
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Having Salesforce.com CRM administration or other CRM would be desirable
  • Adaptable to the needs of the business and able to take on fresh tasks and work within a busy department
