Fuze HR is currently looking for Sales Operations Manager who will be responsible for managing project sales in the Territory of Ontario and Quebec.

An idea candidate must have experience in large commercial construction industry, with integrated infrastructure data solution and leadership experience.

Primary objectives will be to manage all business activities as it relates to client Project Sales including but not limited to:

  • The Sales Operations Manager’s primary responsibilities are to meet with current and potential clients to grow long-lasting relationships
  • Increase customer satisfaction by providing exemplary customer service to promote growth, retention, and loyalty by understanding their needs and wants.
  • Will work with customers by phone, email, and video meetings to support customers in various aspects.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to clients and partners.
  • Execute/implement sales and development goals
  • Manage KPIs and ensure sales team hit their targets
  • Manage, oversee, and maintain the Sales funnel system; identify new and ongoing business requirements, ensure quality data is maintained
  • Cultivate a high performing, results oriented sales team
  • Streamline and optimize the sales processes
  • Select, implement, and manage sales automation tools that will benefit the firm
  • Perform sales forecasting
  • Maintain sales reports regarding territorial activities and results, to demonstrate activities and outcomes align with Business plans and objectives
  • Assist in developing sales strategies
  • Participate in the hiring and on-boarding of new staff and assist in training to ensure their successful integration into DCX
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Ensuring that the sales team is developing, building, fostering and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Work with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to customer needs and objectives
  • Oversee the work of Inside Sales to ensure precise, and profitable production of work
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Collaborate with external sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
  • Evangelize, train, develop, and mentor the sales team
  • Maintain sales reports regarding territorial activities and results, to demonstrate activities and outcomes align with Business plans and objectives
  • Ensure that accurate customer data and activity tracking is maintained
  • Ensure accurate payment of commissions from manufacturer partners (ie: Schneider Electric)
  • Observe Company ethical and professional conduct of business policies.
  • Plan and organize customer events
  • Manage client LinkedIn page, create posts, and promote the brand
  • Ensure high-performing employee retention

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years Proven work experience as a Sales Operations Manager or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability and experience to lead a sales team to drive results
  • Excellent listening, verbal, written communication, and people skills
  • Strong work ethic, willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty, positive, energetic, enthusiastic, get-things-done attitude.
  • Strong understanding of the mission critical markets in Ontario and Quebec
  • Familiarity with construction and procurement structures
  • Proficiency with applications including Microsoft Office products, Adobe
  • Willingness to travel within Canada
  • Valid Driver’s License
