As a sales manager within this company you will be responsible for all hiring, training, and coaching all of the sales representatives so that they can deliver top tier client experience while achieving their sales quotas and monthly KPI’S. Sales managers will lead the team effectively while making sure your team has the tools they need to achieve results.

The Ideal candidate for this position:

-Has 5+ years experience in a sales role with quotas across different industries

-Has 5+ years experience in a team lead or sales manager capacity

– Has what it takes to lead by example while working in a team and ability to develop and succession plan the team

-Can offer excellent sales training to new hires and share knowledge for them to achieve and surpass target

-Wants to work hard in a "work hard, play hard", and "start up" environment

– Know how to close business and up sell, train new hires and develop a team

In this position you will be effectively managing the sales team. The successful candidate needs to know how to measure success and work in a numbers driven environment.
