We are currently searching for a Sales Executive to be part of our clients’ team of professionals.

Your tasks as a Sales Executive:

  • Be in charge of preparing quotes, meeting with potential clients, and providing follow up for opportunities, within the companies’ defined industry vertical markets, subgroups, and geographic regions
  • Identify opportunities and refer the company service inquiries to Account Executives for the company Supply Chain, NDT, TSS and Material Testing services from the company web inquiries and tender sites
  • Attend sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts, reporting on market situation, RFP’ requests, etc.
  • Update and maintain as per Sales Management’s direction, Industrial’s EIC operations and project data base information for Industrial Canada Account Executives
  • Manage sales and marketing activity, leads, tracking through the company CRM
  • To collaborate with the company coordinators and operational personnel for technical, commercial and operational support in proposal development and sales
  • Partner up with the Operations team in completing special projects focused on sales process improvement
  • Managing customer expectations and identifying customer needs
  • Using tools and skills to identify new business
  • Developing and implementing marketing campaigns and initiatives (ex. Webinars, social media inbound marketing)
  • Liaison with outside organizations
  • Ensure the companies’ Industrial expansion into new services, sectors and geographic markets
  • Watch over the number and quality of business leads
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Be in charge of process improvement and brand reputation

The required qualifications for the sales executive position:

  • Must be good in sales prospect qualification
  • Must be competent in proposal writing
  • Must be good at solving customer issues and other related problems
  • Demonstrate creative initiatives related to sales and marketing
  • Must be efficient with proposal analysis and development
  • Must be good at developing and proposing process efficiencies
