Job Summary:

Do you specialize in the world of robotic welding mastery? As a Robotic Programmer / Systems Integration Technologist you’ll be the pro behind the scenes, programming, fine-tuning and problem solving some pretty awesome robotic welding setups.

If you bring a solid robotic welding background, combined with epic programming skills and the charm to be customer facing alongside experience with KUKA Robots, and Servo Motor Seam tracking, you may just be the leader our clients Programming and Robotics division is looking for!

Key Responsibilities of a Robotic Programming and Systems Integration Technologist:

  • commission robotic welding systems.
  • resolve issues with robotic welding systems.
  • training and support to customers on robotic welding systems.
  • work remotely as required to support customer needs.
  • effectively with clients, particularly in Southern Louisiana, ensuring high levels of communication and adaptability to fit their cultural and work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications for a Robotic Programmer / Systems Integration Technologist:

  • welding background with formal training (CBW certificate or equivalent preferred).
  • experience welding with a robot.
  • in programming robots for welding applications.
  • to commission new robotic welding systems.
  • troubleshooting skills for robotic systems.
  • communication skills.
  • to travel and work remotely as required. Must have a Canadian passport and able to travel to the U.S

Preferred Skills and Qualifications of a Robotic Programmer / Systems Integration Technologist

  • offline programming, path programming, and simulations.
  • PLC programming (basic or advanced).
  • seam tracking and adaptive technology integration.
  • KUKA Robots and Servo Motor Seam tracking.
  • train and support customers effectively.
  • potential to oversee the Programming and Robotic division.

  • to work independently with minimal supervision.
