Your tasks as the Restaurant General Manager:

• Hire, Train, and manage employees while driving a high performance environment
• Attend meetings with in the area
• Participate as a brand ambassador at community events
• Manage P&L, inventory, daily cash flow
• Promote a healthy, and safe work environment
• Address both employee and customer needs in a friendly and calm demeanor

The required qualifications of the Restaurant General Manager:

• Must have (preferably black) slip resistant shoes
• Trained in WHMIS, HACCP,
• Minimum high school education, education in business and HR is a huge asset
• 2-3 years experience supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry
• Demonstrate sales, accounting and finance abilities and focus
• Understanding P&L
• Knowledge in MS Word and Excel
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
• Able to work shift work (shifts- 9:30AM- 5:30PM, 12PM-8PM or 11AM-7PM, 2PM-10:30PM)
