Role: Representative – Customer Service Agent

Status: Permanent

Location: Brockville, ON

Responsibilities:

  • Support customers by responding to questions, concerns, account inquiries and handling customer complaints
  • Process payments for customers with cash accounts
  • Research and resolve customer issues, liaising with other departments as necessary
  • Provide sales counter support by answering questions in person or by phone

Qualifications:

  • High School Degree or College Diploma preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
