Role: Representative – Customer Service Agent
Status: Permanent
Location: Brockville, ON
Responsibilities:
- Support customers by responding to questions, concerns, account inquiries and handling customer complaints
- Process payments for customers with cash accounts
- Research and resolve customer issues, liaising with other departments as necessary
- Provide sales counter support by answering questions in person or by phone
Qualifications:
- High School Degree or College Diploma preferred
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
