Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Remote, Serving a Quebec Team

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday, 37.5/week

Salary: Upon request

Responsibilities:

Serve as the initial point of contact for customers after the sale or order activation

Handle order validations, payment processing, order modifications, and coordination of deliveries.

Assess and communicate stock availability

Review and confirm readiness for pre-site visits or installations, scheduling appointments, and dispatching installation technicians accurately.

Act as a liaison between clients and installation partners,

Maintain accurate documentation and record customer/client information

Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a team lead in a customer service or call center environment.

Ability to actively listen to customer concerns and provide solutions while demonstrating empathy.

Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.

Excellent communication skills in English and French

Strong multitasking abilities, managing multiple applications simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is an asset.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to establish priorities.
