Job Description

Our client, a manufacturer and distributor of security equipment, is currently looking for a Receptionist to join their team!

Tasks:

  • Regular communications with customers (answering calls, emails, drop-ins)
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Filing
  • Resolving issues and troubleshooting
  • Accounts receivable tasks (registering payments)
  • Other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (French and English) written and oral
  • Experience in industry (asset)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Demonstrated skills in problem solving and decision making
  • Demonstrated high level of personal and professional integrity
  • Strong operational and analytical skills, with attention to details and results orientation
  • Capable of working within tight deadlines and delivering quality work

Advantages:

  • Full time
  • 8am – 5pm (Monday – Friday)
  • Salary: 45k
