Our client, a manufacturer and distributor of security equipment, is currently looking for a Receptionist to join their team!
- Regular communications with customers (answering calls, emails, drop-ins)
- Scheduling appointments
- Resolving issues and troubleshooting
- Accounts receivable tasks (registering payments)
- Other administrative tasks as required
- Bilingual (French and English) written and oral
- Experience in industry (asset)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented
- Demonstrated skills in problem solving and decision making
- Demonstrated high level of personal and professional integrity
- Strong operational and analytical skills, with attention to details and results orientation
- Capable of working within tight deadlines and delivering quality work
- Full time
- 8am – 5pm (Monday – Friday)
- Salary: 45k
