Our client is currently seeking a Receptionist to join its team in Montreal!
- General reception duties
- Data entry (Invoicing, Credit notes, AP invoices)
- Collection (soft call)
- Prepare deposits and go to bank if required
- Process and sort mail
- Other related duties
- Excellent customer service skills
- Bilingual oral and written (English more than functional)
- Have D.E.P or D.E.C in accounting or administrative (equivalent);
- Be organized, reliable and conscious of time-management
- Have good verbal and written communication skills
- Pay close attention to detail
- Work well independently and as part of a dedicated team
