Our client is currently seeking a Receptionist to join its team in Montreal!

Main tasks:

  • General reception duties
  • Data entry (Invoicing, Credit notes, AP invoices)
  • Collection (soft call)
  • Prepare deposits and go to bank if required
  • Filing
  • Process and sort mail
  • Other related duties


  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Bilingual oral and written (English more than functional)
  • Have D.E.P or D.E.C in accounting or administrative (equivalent);
  • Be organized, reliable and conscious of time-management
  • Have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Pay close attention to detail
  • Work well independently and as part of a dedicated team
