Our client, a leading Manufacturing company located in Innisfil is eager to hire a Purchaser/Inventory Coordinator to start immediately.

Your tasks as the Purchaser/Inventory Coordinator:

· Pricing comparison and securing contracts for Raw materials, packaging materials

· Sourcing new suppliers of raw materials

· Verifying invoicing price with agreed pricing on products/services

· Monitoring stock levels with production team/ management

· Learn and identify Raw materials, company specifications. Keep up to date with Lab results of raw material. Quickly identify problems and solutions that come up with suppliers

· Prepare purchase orders for vendors

· Reviewing market trends to keep up with changing consumer preferences and fashion trends

· Developing strategies to source raw materials that are cost-effective while maintaining product quality and safety standards

· Working with suppliers to ensure that they have adequate supplies of raw materials to meet production schedules

· Coordinating with shipping companies to schedule deliveries of raw materials

· Negotiating contracts with suppliers to ensure fair pricing terms

· Coordinating with production managers to schedule deliveries of raw materials to meet production schedules

·Other duties assigned

The required qualifications of the Purchaser/Inventory Coordinator:

·In office 5 days a week

·University degree

·Minimal of 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment.

·Ability to read and understand procedures.

·Excellent communications

·Strong negotiation skills

·Analytical skills


·Holds a valid passport
