Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely financial information for a group of real estate properties, including properties under development
• Preparation of monthly financial statements
• Participate in the preparation of budgets
• Full cycle accounting, budgets, tenant communication, year-end files and audits

Qualifications:

• 3 -5 years experience
• Experience with Yardi or other property management software an asset
• Must be bilingual in French and English
• Must possess strong technical and analytical accounting skills
• Team player with good communication and writing skills
• Entrepreneurial, organized and meticulous
