4. **Material Selection:** Carefully curate and select materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that enhance the overall design, ensuring they align with the project’s budget and aesthetic goals.

5. **Budget Management:** Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or design integrity.

6. **Design Documentation:** Create detailed construction drawings, specifications, and documentation necessary for implementation by contractors and craftsmen.

7. **Project Management:** Oversee the execution of design projects from conception to completion. Coordinate with contractors and vendors, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

8. **Quality Control:** Maintain a high level of quality control throughout the design and construction process, paying attention to every detail to deliver exceptional, high-end results.

9. **Trends and Research:** Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative design concepts to continually enhance your design skills and bring fresh ideas to projects.

**Qualifications:**

– Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.

– Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in high-end interior design.

– Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.

– Strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in high-end residential and commercial design.

– Excellent communication and presentation skills.

– Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

– Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creativity.

– Membership in relevant professional organizations (e.g., ARIDO, IDC) is a plus.
