What are some of the responsibilities of the Project Manager:

• Overseeing the whole project coordination teams

• Work directly with clients and manage expectations, providing support for any issues and ensure clients are satisfied thought the life of the project

• Oversee and analyze blue prints, structural drawings, plans and specs of the clients projects

• Solicit sub-vendors to work on projects

• Overseeing the whole scope of the project(s) from start to finish

• Perform site visits of each project

• Manage project budgets and ensure they are on forecast

• Other duties and project assignment directed by senior leadership

The required qualifications of Project Manager:

• 6+ years of experience working in a project manager role within the construction/steel industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• CAD experience is a must

• Strong mathematical skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Enjoys getting into the trenches of the job site

• People and project leadership skills
