Project Manager

Job Description:

As a Commercial Interior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our commercial interior design and construction projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Coordination:
   • Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
   • Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to define project scope and objectives.
2. Budget and Cost Management:
   • Monitor project financials, track expenses, and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
   • Identify and address potential cost overruns and implement cost-saving strategies.
3. Team Leadership:
   • Manage and lead project teams, providing guidance, direction, and motivation.
   • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and communication.
4. Quality Assurance:
   • Maintain rigorous quality control standards throughout project lifecycles.
   • Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets design specifications and client expectations.
5. Risk Management:
   • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
   • Address and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruptions to project timelines.
6. Client Communication:
   • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent client relations and satisfaction.
   • Provide regular project updates, address client concerns, and manage change requests.
7. Compliance and Documentation:
   • Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
   • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and change orders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in commercial interior project management, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of interior design and construction processes is a plus.
• PMP or relevant certification is desirable.
