Job Title: Program Manager
Job Overview:
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the transfer of activities related to electronics components and associated technical data. The Program Manager leads a cross-functional Program Team, collaborating with various departments within the organization to ensure successful program execution. This role reports to the Director of Program Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- and coordinate the Program Management Plan, including configuration management and subsequent planning.
- in contractual negotiations during initial phases (RFP Phase) and any necessary changes in coordination with relevant commercial leadership.
- implement, and lead the Program Team, ensuring collaboration and alignment across all program stakeholders.
- and follow up on action plans and team decisions, ensuring smooth execution.
- on resource needs, managing the balance of load and capacity for the program.
- the Work Breakdown Structure and ensure all deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
- major deliverables submitted by team members and ensure alignment with program milestones.
- risk reviews and ensure mitigation plans are in place at key tollgates.
- analyze the program’s business plan and report updates, at least annually.
- the program dashboard, setting and monitoring quality, cost, and lead time objectives.
- budgets to Program Team managers and ensure cost control measures are implemented.
- with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program objectives are met and relationships are maintained.
- protection of classified and sensitive information throughout the program lifecycle.
- regular updates and reports on program status, risks, and configuration changes to the Executive Committee and Program Team.
- assess, and support the mitigation of program risks.
Qualifications:
- of 10 years’ experience in Program Management, with proven leadership and team management experience.
- certification is an asset.
- working with industry standards, processes, and procedures in a program management environment.
- in English and French is an asset.
- in project management tools, ERP systems, PLM, risk management tools, and lean methodologies.
- customer service orientation with confidence in interacting with senior-level representatives.
- analytical, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
- verbal and written communication skills.
- ability to influence and build strong relationships.
- organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- degree in business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- and ability to travel globally, primarily within North America and Europe, based on program needs.
