Location: Mississauga, Ontario

Salary: $85,000 – $90,000 (competitive)

Responsibilities: Production Supervisor

• Oversee daily production operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of production employees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and process improvements.
• Maintain effective communication with unionized staff and management.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications: Production Supervisor

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a unionized production environment.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
