Production Supervisor

Fuze HR Solutions is immediately hiring for a Production Supervisor for a growing manufacturing company in the Concord, ON region. As the Production Supervisor you will be responsible for the following day to day duties…

• Work with Sr. Production Manager regarding production planning, budgeting, KPI’s
• Oversee production schedule/plan and assign personnel, establish priorities, monitor production output, adjust schedules, etc
• Ensure production targets are being met each shift
• Work with other departments and teams regarding delivery of customer orders
• Supervise the manufacturing team regarding KPI’s, expectations, health & safety, job performance, training/development, etc
• Ensure products are meeting quality and specification standards
• Participate in leadership meetings as needed
• Participate in continuous improvement activities on a regular basis

What are we looking for in an ideal Production Supervisor?

• 5 or more years experience as a Production Supervisor
• Engineering degree preferred
• Six Sigma certification
• Continuous improvement mindset and experience
• Capable of effectively managing, training, and developing personnel
• Experience with union environments is preferred
