Our client is a leader in the software industry. They are looking for an experienced procurement specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage contracts with our client’s vendors to ensure best prices
  • Oversee the ordering of materials a business uses in producing goods
  • Negotiate contract details
  • Analyze costs
  • Manage inventory
  • Track orders
  • Oversee Purchase of Materials and Supplies
  • Participate in Contract Negotiations
  • Assess costs and negotiate vendor and supply prices
  • Analyze business supply needs and ensure businesses are getting the best possible material
  • Manage inventory and order supplies and materials as needed
  • Resolve pricing conflicts and place bids with different vendors as required

Qualifications

  • Bilingual
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5 years’ experience
