This position is part of the Research & Development Procurement team reporting into the Procurement Delivery Lead. As a Procurement Delivery Associate in the Functional team you will work in a dynamic global environment where you bring analytical thinking, planning, execution, contracting knowledge and focus to the procurement sourcing and delivery capability area.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of cost-saving strategies.
• Regularly assess and report on the outcomes of implemented cost-saving measures.
• Schedule and organize meetings with procurement stakeholders, including internal departments and project teams.
• Help set agendas for meetings and ensure that all relevant data and reports are ready beforehand.
• Develop presentations that summarize cost-saving initiatives, data analysis, and areas for potential improvement, collaborating with Project Delivery Managers (PDMs).
• Clearly present findings, recommendations, and the impact of proposed changes to the team.
• Collaborate with teams to create and execute implementation plans for approved cost-saving measures.
• Ensure that any changes are communicated effectively and integrate them into procurement processes as needed.
• Draft and manage contracts using the Client’s contract management system.
• Assist with the Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) process.
• Act as a liaison between Accounts Payable, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Manage and update lab device lists in close cooperation with stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Delivery Manager for Research & Lab, providing project support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Experience in working with GEP MyBuy as a plus
• Fluent in English
