Your tasks as the PLC Programmer

  • Electrical wiring experience and familiarity with mechanical systems
  • Knowledge of basic robotic operations, including mechanical, electrical and software interfacing
  • Ability to develop PLC and HMI programs.
  • Commission and troubleshoot robotic applications.
  • Some knowledge of electrical systems including 120V – 600VAC, controls, I/O systems, servo control, safety circuits and pneumatics
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Able to work under tight deadlines.
  • CSS, PHP, PHP 5.6

The required qualifications of the PLC Programmer

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
  • Programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting experience with Rockwell software products – RS Logix 5000, FT View.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Programmer
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering
  • Prepare functional descriptions of process controls and sequence of operations.
  • Some knowledge of electrical systems including 120V – 600VAC, controls, I/O systems, servo control, safety circuits and pneumatics
  • Electrical wiring experience and familiarity with mechanical systems
  • Knowledge of basic robotic operations, including mechanical, electrical and software interfacing
  • Ability to develop PLC and HMI programs.
