Plant Controller

Fuze HR Solutions is currently hiring for a Plant Controller for an exciting opportunity near Saint-Isidore New Brunswick. As the Plant Controller you will be responsible for the following main duties…

• Manage daily financial reporting for the facility
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
• Control purchase order and invoice payment processes
• Improve and ensure all financial KPI’s are at forecasted levels
• Analyze costs of daily production to meet required margins and follow up with corrective actions
• Involved in all facility audits and follow up actions with administrative team
• Participate in decision making for proper management of the company
• Act as a company representative at industry or government meetings and events

What are we looking for in a candidate?

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related major
• Advanced knowledge of Sage 500 and ADP Work Force Now
• 5 or more years experience within the manufacturing industry in a similar role
