Role: Personal Assistant
Status: Permanent – remote
Location: Montreal, QC
Responsabilies:
- Manage executive team calendars and schedule appointments and meetings
- Organize and coordinate travel plans, including flights, accommodations and ground transportation
- Prepare monthly budgets, financial reports, distribution and coordination of information with external financial consultants
- Prepare reports, presentations and other documents as requested by the executive team
- Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information
- Provide administrative support, including responding to phone calls, emails and other correspondence
- Act as a liaison between the leadership team and internal and external stakeholders
- Plan and coordinate special events, meetings and other projects
- Participate in ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience in a management support role
- Bilingual (English and French – spoken and written)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
