Packaging Production Team Members

Fuze HR is currently Hiring Production Line Packager for one of our client in Oakville, Ontario

Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday – Friday

Position Overview:

As an Experienced Production Line Packaging / General Labor team member, you will play a pivotal role in our production process. Your primary responsibilities will involve packaging products, operating machinery, and ensuring our products are prepared for distribution in accordance with GMP regulations. Your proven experience in a similar role will be crucial in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our client’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·Execute packaging operations efficiently by adhering to established procedures and safety guidelines.

·Operate and maintain packaging machinery to ensure proper functionality and consistent output.

·Accurately weigh, measure, and package products according to specifications and guidelines.

·Conduct routine quality checks during the packaging process to identify defects and deviations.

��Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate packaging schedules and meet production targets.

·Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with GMP cleanliness standards.

·Safely handle hazardous materials and chemicals following established protocols.

·Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

·Participate in training programs to enhance skills and stay updated on industry best practices.

Qualifications:

·High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.

·Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a production line packaging or general labor role, preferably within a GMP-regulated environment.

·Familiarity with GMP guidelines and quality assurance principles.

·Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting packaging equipment.

·Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

·Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

·Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

·Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and procedures.

·Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
