Job Description:

As an Outside Sales Representative specializing in industrial fluids, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients in the Greater Toronto Area. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities while also nurturing existing accounts. You will utilize your technical expertise, sales acumen, and industry knowledge to effectively promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospect and qualify potential customers within the assigned territory, targeting industries such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and others requiring industrial fluids.

2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

3. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical seminars to educate clients on the benefits and applications of our industrial fluid solutions.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products, resolve customer issues, and address technical inquiries.

5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales pipeline, and competitive insights.

6. Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

7. Actively participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

8. Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.

2. Proven track record of success in industrial sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

3. Strong technical aptitude and understanding of industrial fluids, lubricants, coolants, or related products.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

5. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

6. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

7. Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
