Outside Sales Manager (Junior) – WORK FROM HOME
Our client is looking for outside sales manager for the Quebec Region. The position is a direct sales position selling loss prevention, merchandising, consumer experience and metrics solutions to retail accounts within the territory at the manager and executive level. The primary responsibilities are maximizing profitability with existing accounts and expanding the account base through consultative selling. The outsides sales manager will also be responsible for troubleshooting and providing service to existing customer systems when needed. The ideal candidate will be personable, creative, assertive, and analytical.
The qualified applicant will be based out of Montreal, Quebec and will be responsible for all activity within the assigned accounts in Montreal, and for prospecting for new customers within this region. They will be able to work from home. Some travel is required, but usually no more than 4-5 days per month. Reliable transportation is a must. The workweek is Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm, and some outside commitments are required.
They will report directly to the National Sales Manager in Mississauga, Ontario. Reports are due on a weekly basis covering all product lines and activity within the territory.

Compensation consists of a competitive base salary plus commission, expenses and benefits. Commissions are based on the ability to reach the quota for the territory.
- Diploma or Degree (preferably in a business field)
- Outside sales experience (1 year minimum)
- Suitable home for a working environment
- Live within commuting distance in the Montreal (Southern Quebec) area
- Retail experience an asset
- Experience with electronics and technical products is an asset
