Our Client, an established supplier to the ‘new-home’ building industry and a leading manufacturer of residential overhead doors and related mechanical products is looking for a ‘high potential’ Order Desk Clerk who is looking for that solid start to their career.

We are recruiting for a term-to-perm contract with direct hire in Jan 2019.

The Ideal Candidate will have a high sense of urgency, is well-organised and able to prioritise urgent customer orders, with a high attention to detail and accuracy.

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Enter orders received from Customer Service Reps
  • Match source order documents with Customer purchase order checking for validity
  • Enter data into Excel Spreadsheets accurately & update

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Able to start on Monday, Oct 23rd and work ongoing with potential for direct hire by January 2019
  • Solid time management, reasoning skills, strong sense of urgency
  • 1 years’ B2B administrative experience in a similar distribution position.
  • Clear communication skills and proficiency with basic technology

$ 18 to $ 19/hr

Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM – 1 hour lunch
