Our client, a leading Homebuilder is looking to hire an On‐site Customer Service Representative to start immediately for their construction site located just north of Newmarket.

Your tasks as the On-site Customer Service Representative:

·Oversee all on‐site after sales service enquiries

·Assess homeowner correspondence and issue work orders

·Document deficiencies using in‐house software and create Service WorkOrders

·Delegate tasks to the respective service technician with work orders via data base

·Maintain logs and generate reports

·Inform trades and subcontractors of outstanding work as required

·Inspection of new homes with customers

·Communicate with site staff to ensure a quality end product is being delivered

·Other duties assigned

The required qualifications of the On-site Customer Service Representative:

·On-site 5 days a week

·Able to work 7:30 – 5:00 pm

·Minimum of 2 years experience within the construction industry

·Minimum of 2 years experience dealing with warranty and trades

·Professional, well spoken

·Comfortable in a fast paced environment
