We are looking for an office coordinator to join our team located in Westmount!

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform various administrative duties (i.e. mailing, scanning, photocopying, cataloguing coordinating courier pickups, distribution of mail, ordering office supplies)
  • Fill out applications and forms as needed (Government, Insurance, etc.)
  • Support all teams with administrative related tasks as needed
  • Coordinate and assist with hosting of all company social functions (including virtual)
  • Maintain excellent relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Assist with organizing and managing the desks of senior management (includes assistance with creation and maintenance of documents) as needed
  • Receive Incoming calls, direct them, accordingly, take messages as needed

Main Requirements:

  • Superior customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills – must be fluently bilingual (French, English) to meet clients’ demands
  • Bilingualism
  • Computer literacy (Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Solid customer service skills in dealing with clients, carriers, and fellow colleagues
  • Organized and detailed oriented
  • Enjoys multi-tasking and is a team player
  • Pro-active and self-motivated
