Role: Operations Administrator

Location: Hamilton, ON


  • Drive operational excellence in all administrative functions
  • Maintain all areas of internal audit in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Reconcile purchase orders, inventory, bank statements, inventory controls, credit card orders, backlog files, vendor payments/status, returns and error reports
  • Manage the health and safety programs
  • Lead the inventory control procedures, maintaining inventory files, updating and generating reports, reconciling inventory accounts, coordinating inventory repairs, assisting in product cycle counting, and controlling all non-confirming products
  • Resolve service issues by recording customer complaints, reporting issues to management and recommending appropriate corrective/preventive action
  • Direct all general administrative procedures as assigned by management including data entry, equipment identification and service
  • Direct all compliance procedures and customer service levels


  • Administrative experience is required
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (exceptional Excel skills required)
  • Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems is an asset
  • Keen administrative and clerical acumen, policies, procedures and system skills
  • Ability to work with others and explain / teach appropriate policies, and practices effectually
